This page explains how personal data is processed on the Science to Sea website (the “Site”).

Data is accessible only by Nicolas Prevel and, if enabled, by the technical service providers necessary for the operation of the Site (e.g., host, analytics tools).
Data is not sold.

Framer B.V. and its technical subcontractors may process certain data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by the mechanisms provided for by applicable regulations, in particular standard contractual clauses where necessary.

  • Contact messages: retained for the time needed to process the request, then archived/deleted as necessary (max. 24 months in practice, unless a specific obligation applies).

  • Analytics data: retained only as long as necessary for security and measurement purposes, according to the Framer platform settings.

You have the rights of: access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability (as applicable).
