  • 0,5 tbspvegetable oil
  • 275 gcooked rice
  • 1 clovegarlic, minced
  • 1 tbspfish sauce
  • 2 tbspcaster sugar
  • 1 tbspcoriander, finely chopped

Préparation

  1. Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Brush the base and sides with the oil.
  2. Spread the cooked rice in a thin layer over the entire surface of the wok.
  3. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, rotating the wok regularly, until the crust is evenly golden and crisp without burning, then remove from the heat.
  4. In a bowl, combine the garlic, fish sauce, sugar and coriander.
  5. Dip a brush into this mixture, spread it over the rice crust and allow it to dry briefly.
  6. Carefully loosen the rice crust from the wok and serve immediately.
