  • 500 gMozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO, drained
  • 500 gripe tomatoes
  • 4 tbspextra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tspdried oregano
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 5 to 6 leavesfresh basil

Préparation

  1. Remove the mozzarella from the refrigerator in advance, then drain it well. Wash and dry the tomatoes.
  2. Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into similarly sized thick slices.
  3. On four individual plates, alternate the tomato and mozzarella slices to form a rosette.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with dried oregano and a pinch of salt.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
