  • 120 gall-purpose flour, plus more for dusting the work surface
  • 9 piecesegg yolks
  • 1 pieceegg white
  • 0,5 tspsalt
  • 2 tbsppisco
  • as neededvegetable oil, for frying
  • 600 gdulce de leche
  • as neededpowdered sugar, for decorating

Préparation

  1. Make a well in the flour. Add the egg yolks and salt, mix together, then knead for 10 minutes while gradually adding the pisco.
  2. Form into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough very thinly on a floured surface, cut it into 12 × 8 cm rectangles, roll them into tubes, and seal the seams with egg white.
  4. Fry the tubes for 5 minutes in hot oil, drain them, and let them cool.
  5. Fill with dulce de leche using a pastry bag and dust with powdered sugar.
